Scott W. Shaw, President
Scott completed his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in math, business, and economics while playing intercollegiate basketball and tennis. Scott also received his MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Scott is married to his wife Lynne for over 30 years. They have two grown children – Kate and Matt - and they live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Scott actively competes on a USTA tennis team and carries a 10 handicap on the golf course.

Linda Mullen, Executive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager
Linda has worked with the Veritas Team since 2002. She has been married for 35 years and lives in Warrington where she and her husband raised their four children.

Joe Bisulca, Financial Representative
Joe has had the privilege of helping families and small business owners organize, maximize and protect their money for the past 4 years. Joe completed his undergraduate degree from Nyack College (Nyack, NY) in history and psychology while playing intercollegiate soccer. Joe also received his M.Div (counseling emphasis) from Westminster Theological Seminary (Glenside, PA). Prior to serving in this current role, he served as an admissions counselor and womens soccer coach at Nyack College and director of student ministries at New Life Presbyterian Church (Dresher, PA).
Joe has been happily married to his lovely wife Sandy for 7 years and is the proud father of a high-energy 4-yr old son (Elijah) and a precious 2-yr old daughter (Juliana). Aside from cherishing quality family time, Joe also is passionate about playing soccer and refining his culinary skills (particularly with a stir-fry or on the grill!).

Jarred Clements, Junior Associate
Jarred has worked for the Veritas team since 2007. Jarred is originally from Cape Cod, Mass coming to Philadelphia to get his undergraduate degree from LaSalle University. Jarred is an avid outdoorsmen and sports enthusiast. He currently coaches middle school boys soccer in the Phila area.
